COVID-19 Employment Guidance Available
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act expired December 31, 2020. Employers are no longer required, but may voluntarily continue, to provide through March: (1) emergency paid sick leave and (2) emergency paid leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
